WELCOME, MR. SCHERF!
This week we welcomed District Administrator Jens Marco Scherf and a delegation of the District Office Miltenberg at our headquarter in Kleinheubach. During the two-hour conversation, there was a great exchange of information on both sides, in which, among other things, upcoming projects, investments and visions of the REINHOLD KELLER Group were presented. With more than 550 employees, our traditional company is one of the largest employers in the region.
Scherf pushes digitalization forward
In 2014, the four-time family father Scherf became the first "green” District Administrator in Lower Franconia to take over the executive chair in the district office. As District Administrator Jens Marco Scherf stands for the politics of cooperation: A cooperation between all factions of the district parliament as well as a cohabitation of the people in the district of Miltenberg. Scherf is also pushing ahead with digitalization. His office participates in the project "Digital Building Permit", the aim of which is a faster, more efficient approval procedure and thus accelerates construction in Bavaria. "We welcome these kinds of projects and hope for easier, less bureaucratic application processing, which will benefit both sides", says Manfred Bauer, owner of the REINHOLD KELLER Group.
Jens Marco Scherf is proud of the region´s economic performance and knows "what both sides have in common". Manfred Bauer also appreciate this win-win situation. “The exchange between politics and companies is absolutely necessary for our region to stay an attractive business location", explains Bauer, whose family-owned company has been based in the district of Miltenberg since 1876.
We would like to thank District Administrator Jens Marco Scherf and the representatives of the District Office for their visit.
